What IZZ does as an adult talent agency

We are an open platform: any 18+ model can join, with no exclusivity, and keep working with whoever she likes. On top of that we do an agency's work: we verify every sign-up, on both sides, before any profile is seen, and we put the model in touch with the production company.

The model builds her profile and we help her complete it, like an agency's model card: a portfolio of photos and videos, her city, what she accepts filming, her rates and how far she travels. She announces her trips and her busy dates, so the production company knows where she will be and when she is free. Once her age is verified, we publish the profile in a private catalogue; verified production companies browse it and send us their proposals, which we take to her so she can decide.

Who does what

The production company films, the model decides and we bring them together. We are an agency, not a production company: when a proposal goes ahead, the shoot contract is signed directly between the model and the production company, as in any production.

Our work comes before that: making sure that everything that reaches the model comes from someone who exists, who genuinely works in the industry and who knows who they are dealing with.

Verified models and production companies: trust on both sides

We verify both sides with the same care.

• Every model sends us her identity document and a photo of herself holding it. We confirm she is of age before publishing her profile or bringing her any proposal: it comes first, and it is what everyone's trust rests on.
• Every production company also sends us an identity document with a photo, and a document proving its activity: company deeds or registry entry, self-employment registration, or the equivalent in another country. We ask it of everyone, freelancers included.
• We look at their published work before opening the catalogue to them. It is the link the model sees next to every proposal: a production company is judged by what it produces.

Once everything is in order, we open the catalogue to them.

Why proposals go through us

It means the model never negotiates alone: every proposal reaches her from someone we have checked, and she reads it in her own space with everything she needs to decide. That is why profiles and proposals leave the contact details with us.

Profiles are seen only by verified production companies. That is what we promise the models, and it is precisely why they trust us with them.

Identity documents

They arrive through a secure link, are stored encrypted and are deleted as soon as the check is done. Only the agency sees them.

Across Spain — Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona and any other city — and beyond: we also represent models from abroad, and open the catalogue to production companies from other countries. Every profile states how far she travels — her city, all of Spain, all of Europe or anywhere — and production companies search on that.

Frequently asked questions

Is IZZ a production company?

No. We are a talent agency: we neither produce nor film. We put models in front of the production companies looking for them, and the shoot belongs to the production.

Which production companies do you work with?

Anyone who makes adult content professionally, whatever their size: independent creators, production companies, studios and major international brands. We verify each one the same way: who represents it, and that its business exists.

Who pays the agency?

The production company, through a commission on each booking, invoiced separately. The model pays nothing to be in the catalogue.

Does anyone sign a contract with the agency?

No. The model accepts the site's terms when she signs up, and the production company accepts those of catalogue access. The only contract signed is the shoot contract, between the two of them.
