Terms of use
Use of this site and of the services of IZZ Media Group constitutes acceptance of these terms, which should be read before any form is submitted.
Purpose of the service
IZZ Media Group is an intermediary: it puts people over 18 who want to work as models for audiovisual, photographic, webcam or event content in touch with the production companies, studios and creators looking for them. It does not produce, employ or hire anyone. Any provision of sexual services outside a production is expressly excluded, and the agency takes no part in any activity of that kind.
What the agency does, and what it does not
IZZ Media Group puts independent models in touch with producers and creators. It checks the age of every model on the roster against an official document, and reviews each producer's request for access — identity, company, activity — before granting it. That screening reduces the risk; it does not remove it, and the agency cannot guarantee the conduct of a third party. The agency does not produce, does not direct, does not organise shoots and is not present at them: it cannot verify on site what takes place there. Each model therefore keeps the decision on every proposal, agrees the terms in writing with the production before accepting, and may stop the work at any moment if anything departs from what was agreed. Caution remains necessary on every booking, and no prior screening replaces it.
Prohibition of exploitation
No form of exploitation, human trafficking, coercion, abuse or unethical content is tolerated. The agency operates in compliance with applicable Spanish and European law, in particular the Criminal Code on human trafficking and the protection of minors, the Information Society Services Act and the Digital Services Act. Any suspicion is reported to the competent authorities.
Models
The model signs no contract with the agency. By registering she accepts these terms, and that is all that binds her: she declares that she is of age and independent, authorises the agency to show her profile to the production companies whose access it has reviewed, and can withdraw it at any time, with immediate effect. She sets her rates and her limits, accepts or declines every proposal without justification, and works with whoever she wants. The agency charges her nothing, neither to join the roster nor on what she earns: its remuneration is paid by the production company. The contract for each shoot is signed between the model and the production company.
Producer requests
Access to the catalogue is granted case by case, after review of the request, and may be withdrawn at any time. By requesting it, the production company accepts these terms. For every booking of a model found through the catalogue, the production company pays the agency a commission on the fee agreed with the model, the rate of which is communicated to it when access is granted, within the period stated on the invoice. The production company signs a written contract with the model before the shoot setting out, at a minimum, the content, the place, the date, the fee, the uses granted and their duration. It undertakes to verify the age of every participant on the day of the shoot, to respect the limits set by the model and the terms agreed in writing, and to produce only lawful content with the full and voluntary consent of the people involved. The data and images of the profiles consulted may not be shared or used beyond the assessment of a specific proposal. Hiring a model met through the catalogue directly does not waive the commission. Any breach results in the withdrawal of access.
If something goes wrong
If, during or after a booking, anything departs from what was agreed — terms other than those settled, pressure, inappropriate behaviour, non-payment — it must be reported to the agency. Every report is examined, and whoever sends it receives an answer. Depending on what is established, the agency may suspend or withdraw the producer's access to the catalogue, stop putting profiles forward to them, warn the other models represented and, where the facts warrant it, bring the matter to the attention of the authorities. This action does not replace a complaint to the competent authorities, which the agency expressly recommends for any act that may constitute an offence, nor any legal action the model may bring independently.
User obligations
The site must be used for lawful purposes only. Submitting false information in the forms, impersonating another person or using the agency contact details for purposes unrelated to its activity is prohibited.
Disclaimer
The information on this site is provided as is. The agency's liability is limited to the intermediation described in these terms: presenting profiles, checking age and reviewing producers' access. The agency is not a party to the contract signed between the model and the production company and is not answerable for its performance, nor for a production company's failure to honour terms it agreed itself, nor for the use third parties make of the content produced, without prejudice to the measures described in the previous section. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.
